Fuel Partners

Rebecca has over twenty years of experience helping people and organizations reach their potential.  In 2017 she launched Fuel Partners, LLC, combining her dual passions of human development and entrepreneurship. 

Prior to launching her own business, Rebecca held senior roles in Human Resources and Leadership Development in diverse industries and geographies.  Drawing upon her experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Design teams, she applies a mindset of customer driven innovation to her work with individuals and teams.  Rebecca is constantly seeking to discover and develop new ways to engage and inspire leaders to live, learn and lead with intention.  She also works with teams to foster cultures that are curious, experimental and inclusive.

 

When she's not working, Rebecca loves to get lost in the woods, on a sandy beach or at a farmer's market.  You'll find her soaking in nature's beauty and bounty and pondering her mind's endless supply of questions.
